GoldObserve distinguishes official observations, licensed third-party data, user inputs and derived calculations. No chart or historical pattern is presented as a guaranteed outcome.
Source and review rules
Material factual claims should link to a primary or reviewed source and retain the relevant date, unit and definition.
- Official and derived values remain visually and textually separate.
- Conflicting source definitions are disclosed rather than silently reconciled.
- Commercial relationships must not change formulas, source labels or correction decisions.
Update rules
New observations may extend a reviewed baseline. Revisions and deletions are quarantined for evidence review instead of automatically overwriting history.
