When reporting becomes available
A useful report should identify the affected page and explain what needs attention.
- For a data issue, include the URL, observation date, displayed value and supporting source.
- For an accessibility issue, include the page, device and action that could not be completed.
- Never send passwords, payment details, identity documents or private portfolio records.
Need urgent help?
For a live transaction, suspected fraud, account problem or payment recall, contact the relevant dealer, custodian, payment provider or public authority through its independently verified official channel. GoldObserve cannot intervene in a transaction.
